Never ever ever again in my life I will opt “The professional couriers”. People who read this review I want them to spread the word, so that people dont bank upon such courier companies.
They do not have a complain machanism not even a proper customer care who can listen to ur complains and forget having one on their website, for namesake they’ve put customer complain tab in their, I guess their website developer forgot to deliver the code behind it.
My package is lying in their office since 3 day, they have no staff to deliver the packages. Everytime I call they hang up on me saying it will get delivered tmrw, but tmrw nvr comes.
No matter on which social media you write against them, they just wont give a damn. They will not get back to u and they will deliver ur stuff whnever they feel like doing it.
