I ordered something from babyoye on 28/09/2012. The order was partially delivered through DTDC The DTDC started their shipment process on 28th from Mubai and the delivered the package on 4th OCT 10:30 AM at my door-step. The second part was sent through the professional courier and the shipment started its LONG journey on 29th SEP from BANGALORE to TRIVANDRUM, which I am yet to receive (11-OCT-2012 @ 11:38 PM). On 29th the package was received at BLR-HRD and have despatched it to KOCHI on the same day as per their records. The package reached KOCHI on 4th - OCT!!! I guess it came by WALKING!!! It had to cover 350-400 KMs, Man!!!
Anyway, on 5th - OCT it reached (luckily, by train/bus) to TVM and to the specific KARAMANA branch @ 3:15 PM. After that the package had a nice sleep, I guess, might be too tired of the journey. Poor thing!!! Then on 9th - OCT I called the guys in TVM main branch (THYCAUD) and they told me that its with the KARAMANA branch and gave me the fone no. When I called them they started telling, since it is a "PARCEL", they won’t deliver at door-step, I have to go to their office and collect it. This would have intimated when the courier is sent through them (at the origin). I started arguing that it is sent from the BABYOYE and that should not be the case. Then when I asked her why this was NOT communicated to me before and it is on 5th they recieved the package and I called them on 9th, she had no answer and kept saying they don’t deliver @ door-step. She then promised to call me back and kept the phone without allowing me to say something. I called the babyoye guys and raised my concern. They promised to contact them and get it deliverd @ home. On 11th (today, the d-day), since I didn’t receive any call from them, I called them up and they said I didn’t answer the phone when they called and they called 4-5 times for the past 3 days (arey, 9th and 10th makes it only 2 days, mannnn!) which was a clear lie. It was my husband’s phone no updated there, I called him up and asked him why didn’t he answer the call.
He told that he got 2 calls from the specified number, but was not in a position attend the call, and when he returned the call, no one responded. And after that he didn’t get any call from that number. When I intimated this to them, then again she started telling they don’t deliver @ door-step and when I asked her is that the reason you called, she started saying something and handed-over the fone to someone else. He started saying "Madam (in sarcastic tone), we have other jobs to finish and it is not just you we have to serve. We have a lot of work and keep the phone down". And I replied him, "I am not a jobless person, I do work but always do complete my work with dignity and enthusiasm". Then he was yelling at me "Tell me your Residence Association N, it will be delivered today After noon". I replied and he kept the fone!!! Still the STORY CONTINUES!!!
