In my opinion, this is the worst courier company in the world. I used to ship my product via professional courier but they have lost my many products on the way.
Sometimes they do fake delivery and when you ask them for proof of delivery then the don’t reply mails or phone calls. I have sent them many mails to provide me proof of delivery or refund of my lost products but never got any reply from them. Hence, Now I have changed the courier company to ship my products.
Nobody takes care your mails and phone calls if you want to get the status of the shipment which you have shipped via professional courier. They should be renamed to un-professional courier.
