This courier service is so bad that you should not easily expect to get a courier if send my this.
My courier was kept on so called "Not delivered - Holding" for past three days without any intimation and even the site doesn’t mention the reason for that.
I tried calling their customer care, but they have quite a few numbers and none of them is connecting. At last when one connected, the representative gave me the other number which then wasn’t connecting.
I’m still waiting for my shipment and their status is still the same and no reason mentioned.
One can very well assume their package lost once sent through this courier.
