My document was booked from Mumbai on 11-03-22 and reached Bhopal on 15-03-2022. It hasn’t been delivered in last ten days till 24-03-2022. I have been trying to contact them but their telephone number given is not valid anymore. I tried Indore customer care but no-one picks up the phone. In last 48 hours I have made 80 calls but I haven’t yet received my courier. Firstly most of the numbers given are not valid, if it is in use no one picks up, if by chance they pick up they put you on hold till it gets disconnected, if they speak to you they are rude & give another number which again does not connect. It is a proper scam where they take a booking, trap the customer and forget about the delivery part. Finally delivered at 1800 hours on 24-03-2022
