I was really disappointed by the service of professional couriers. On the occasion of my birthday, my cousin brother had purchased a coffee mug in order to gift me. As we are leaving in very far distance from each other, he thought of sending me my gift via The Professional Couriers.
Though it was sent from a far place, it maximum takes around a week to get delivered to another person. But my cousin had couriered it before a month itself. But I still did not receive the mug.
Later, when I called the executives asking them whether they are facing any problems in delivering my stuff to me, they started to scold me very rudely and even used some bad words. I did not fight with them as I knew that these people may even harm my property i.e., they may even break the mug. And believe me, I was talking to them in a polite manner and said them to deliver it as soon as possible. They told the reason that the parcel was with them and all the workers were busy in their work. They even aborted the call in a rude manner.
Later in evening, at last the courier was delivered. The executive was looking at me in a rude manner as if he was intending to fight with me. Later when I opened the package, I found that the mug was broken into pieces. The packing was excellent. It was broken in a manner as if it was intentionally thrown somewhere and I can say that the delivery executive is solely responsible for the condition of my property.
The love of my brother was broken into pieces. So I request all of you that there is an alternative to everything. In India there are many courier services that are best when compared to the professional couriers, which even takes care of customer properties. So I request all of you please stop depending on The professional couriers so that the items that you send to anyone reaches safe and on time.
