I have had very bad experience with these guys.
They have lost one of my documents sent.
They ask to collect it from courier office and didn’t call.
The manager of the franchise says "we don’t have delivery boys now. if you want the courier come and collect it". After many complaints they delivered it - 3 weeks later.
- Wrote mail and called customer care. No proper response.
This happened in 1-st NOV 11.
They are purely UN - PROFESSIONAL. I am really pissed of with these guys.
And they are all B. I will never use this f courier
