I am frustrated. I was expecting to receive a bunch of live plants on 9th June 2016(yesterday).
Today I got a *missed call* and when I called back they said that they are from professional couriers and I have to reach the station and pick up my item.
They wont deliver it to my office. Their station is 7 kms away and I have take time off my working hours to receive the parcel which is already delayed. Every other courier services are delivering at my office but professional always does this. Take it leave attitude of their staffs is unbearable
