My consignment No is: XXXXXXXXXX. This courier dispatched on 9th May and today is 22nd May but I have not received, also when I track it online there is no progress after 11th May. I am keep on calling customer care, 1st they dont receive the call, if by mistake they receive the call they tell I don’t know it will get deliver or not and then either they cut the call or they just keep on asking my address. Even I tried to calling nearest branch Kundalahali gate but they never receive the call. Looks like I am not going to receive my courier.
