I have ordered an item on e-bay and the seller has shipped the item on 17th April via Professional Couriers. Today is 24th April and:
• I have not received the item yet.
• On the website, there is no update after 19th April.
• No response on queries.
Now, I have to follow up with the seller, e-bay and the courier to get a simple item and eventually I may give bad rating for the seller as well (don’t know if he is at all responsible for this).
NOT a recommended courier service I believe.
