My PAN card was dispatched by NSDL on 18th September by so-called’The Professional Courier’- Tracking Number: VPL464737016. It’s in tracking since then. Today is 24th October more than a month.
They are not delivering, not even attempting the delivery neither they are returning the PAN card to NSDL.
Result: I am entirely dependent on these bunch of retards for my PAN card delivery. If they return it to NSDL, then NSDL will dispatch it via Speed Post this time as per my communication with them.
However, looking at the current status, I hope to get it by next year.
It’s not that I didn’t get in touch with them. You name it and I have used that medium to get in touch with them but no help. Leave help, I didn’t get even a single response on mail.
On call, they give you numbers and numbers no body picks. Even when someone picks, the response is: We don’t know. wait karo!
BTW, it’s been more than 2 months since I applied for PAN card. And my Bank account and PF is kinda frozen. Which means I can deposit but can’t withdraw.

Hope there was an option for negative 5 start rating. Would have given that.
