My recent stay at The Resort at Aksa Beach 11, Madh - Marve Rd, has been nothing short of a disgrace. I checked in on 29th April 2025 and checked out on 30th April 2025, and within these 24 hours, I was given enough reasons to never return — and to warn others not to make the same mistake.
At the very moment I was staying in the resort, a corporate group was hosting an annual meet with a loud garden party — complete with loudspeaker noise blaring through the property. I was staying on the 6th Floor, and the noise was reaching my room with zero control or intervention by the staff. There was no action taken by The Resort to stop the disturbance, despite it clearly affecting other paying guests. This is not just inconsiderate — it’s a clear message that The Resort values bulk bookings over guest comfort.
Forget peace. I couldn’t even rest inside my room due to the ongoing chaos. I am in my 30s, and the noise was enough to irritate me — I can only imagine what the elderly guests were going through. It was disturbing, unjust, and unacceptable for a place that pretends to be a “5-star” property.
On top of that, the condition of the electric kettle in the room was absolutely filthy — when I tried to boil water, bits of food and grime surfaced, showing zero hygiene or maintenance. This is a serious health risk and absolutely revolting. No guest paying for a premium experience should have to see this.
Let’s be real — Calling this place a 5-star resort is a joke. It doesn’t even qualify as a proper 3-star hotel. The experience speaks volumes about how they treat guests. I genuinely feel bad for the families staying here hoping for peace, and instead being handed noise, neglect, and unhygienic rooms.
With my experience, I request you to not take their membership that they may try to stick you with through fancy looking offers — and think twice before booking at The Resort at Aksa Beach 11, Madh - Marve Rd.
