Had visited the palladium mall with my cousins for doing some shopping. Having done that thought of grabbing a bite at Spiceklub but to our bad luck their kitchen had shut down for the afternoon. The manager himself suggested us Rolling pin since it belonged to the person. After some discussion we finally decided on Rolling Pin.
The place was fairly crowded. We occupied the seating. After suggestions from the waiter, we ordered the perfect double cheese veggie burger, tandoori paneer pizza, potato mania and peri peri lemon fresco as accompainment.
The burger came after few minutes which was good with melting cheese. It was accompanied with a few fries which my nephew likes. So we ordered one portion of French fries.
After waiting for a while the fries came but they were soooo hard and so deep fried that my 2 year old nephew could just not bite into it. After waiting for like 30 mins, we reminded the manager about the pizza and the potato dish to which he said it will take time. We completely flipped out! After waiting for so long our order was nowhere to be seen.
One of my cousin was so annoyed that he immediately called for the bill and asked them to cancel the order which they were not ready to do. After complaining about the service they were providing us, we paid the cash on the counter and stormed out.
The manager did not have any courtesy and was so unapologetic.
Definitely not going to this place again!
