Alright..first up...this isnt a big shot movie...
No star cast..
No over t top CGI. It aint one of the crap-ur-pants-thriller either
But wat I think the producers of this movie were going fer was somethin new. Something that noone wud expect. A horror that one cannot easily comprehend!( I watch too many trailers!!) T typical backdrop. group of kids off on a vacation. They choose some place in mexico. On their trip stumble across a totally deserted aztec temple of some sort. They climb all the way to the top and find some sort of abandoned dig site. After some exploration ans a few scares, they come down having had enuff only to find the local villagers not allowing them to leave the premises of the aztec temple.
One of the kids tries to reason with them an is wasted instantly. So the kids go back up to the temple top and decied to think it out up there. Its then, the scares start to pile on. One by one, they find themselves breakin out in a rash and suffering delusions and getting sicker. I’m not gonna divulge wat makes them sick or wat they find up there responsible for this, because I believe that a lot of the surprise is in finding tat out!! It seems a silly premise for a movie to be made around, but in my opinion, I Liked the change!
It did have the cliched dialogues, and u can pretty much predict the order of death as well. But still I prefer to overlook those flaws. If u ever get tired of the typical slasher flicks or somethin, I suggest u go ahead an watch this one fer t fun of it.I’m pretty sure ul find it a different xprnce!
