This book is amazing, I read this book whenever I feel left out or when I am frustrated with few things in my life.this book gives lot of positive vibes.it builds the inner power to believe in your self, i do follow the teaching of gratitude in my life.I can feel the change in me.I think more positive on the worst situation.Rhonda has really helped people like me to throw out negative feelings and to believe and feel the positive person within you.
