Unable to return the delivered product

I had ordered a "smart pregnancy pillow". But the product was not comfortable and on applying for return, the company is refusing the return. Even though the product was applied for return on the immediate next day of delivery, the company is citing their return policy and not taking the product back.


As a customer I’m deeply disappointed that I’m forced to use a product I’m not happy with. How can a company steal money like this? Why should I as a customer use a product i don’t like? How can a product like this be forced upon a customer?
