I had ordered a "smart pregnancy pillow". But the product was not comfortable and on applying for return, the company is refusing the return. Even though the product was applied for return on the immediate next day of delivery, the company is citing their return policy and not taking the product back.
As a customer Im deeply disappointed that Im forced to use a product Im not happy with. How can a company steal money like this? Why should I as a customer use a product i dont like? How can a product like this be forced upon a customer?
