I purchased This company’s apparently best selling "Smart" Orthro Mattress for 30, 000, they also claim that it is Scientist Approved Orthopedic Mattress! There is NO evidence from this company that it is an official "Scientific" based mattress, on the contrary it is "worse" thing you can ever do to yourself, you will get the "BACK PAIN" and your life will become miserable! LUCKILY I bought it on Amazon and hence was able to write an online feedback on Amazon. So now they call me to offer me a replacement - I made a second mistake - I once again trusted this company and paid extra 14, 000 to upgrade the replacement to Smart Luxe SnowTec Cooling 10 inch. Now my cost for this mattress is 40, 000 total. Once again the same problem - BACK PAIN every day and it is impacting my well being, my work, my focus and the life is hell! There is NOTHING "SMART" or NOTHING "COOL" about any products from this company specifically mattresses! Respect your life and AVOID buying mattresses from this FAKE marketing company who has abused Anil Kapoor’s image to sell their rubbish products! There is NOTHING TECH of JAPANESE about anything you see on their sites!
PLEASE PLEASE anyone reading this feedback - please DO NOT RISK - you will be able to get much comfortable mattress from other brands.
There is NOTHING SMART or COOL about these mattresses from The Sleeping Company - the ONLY SMART about this company is CHEATING you with great marketing and taking your money into the back accounts where they can now have a good sleep knowing they have your money and Mr Anil Kaopor can also sleep well in his non-The Sleeping Company Mattress!
If you do ignore this feedback thinking that some consumer is ranting online then be my guest and risk your health and your back! Once again be warned or you get the BACK PAIN!
