I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bought a recliner bed from their coimbatore outlet

Had i read their reviews here or in trustpilot https://trustpilot.com/review/thesleepcompany.in instead of just seeing Google reviews I would NOT HAVE BOUGHT their product and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

The coimbatore manager Mr Vignesh, has stopped responding to my calls and doesnt call back, after realising his product doesnt work as advertised.

Their recliner feature, when operated, lifts the headboard and its frame off the ground. You will then have to MANUALLY bring the frame and mattress back in place, and this is AS PER THEIR TECHNICIAN Mr Gokul

I am waiting for a replacement or refund and if not I will post all the videos of their Faulty recliner function I shot and also file with the consumer court

Hi Dilip,Greetings from The Sleep Company!With reference to the concern raised, the technician visit has been completed. According to the technician’s assessment, the bed is in proper condition. However, we can provide a mattress with slightly smaller dimensions to ensure it does not touch the headboard.The mattress extends about 1 inch beyond both the headboard and footboard, causing it to rub against the headboard and limit upward movement. Upon inspection, it was determined that this can be resolved by customizing the mattress and reducing its length by 1 inch at both ends.Please confirm on the above information so that we can assist you in a better way.
