TVH is a superb hotel and they helped me in making my holiday a memorable one .
It was occasion of my husband’s birthday and I planned a surprise trip for that . I spoke to the Hotel staff and asked for thier help in making my trip a nice experience .
We were greeted by thier staff at the airport and they welcomed us by giving a gifts and wishes to my husband. It was a good start ..(though they can improve thier AC coach )
On arrival at the hotel we were offered welcome drinks and were informed that we have been complimentary upgraded to ’Luxury Villa with Garden view’ . which was a very pleasant surprise for me too.
One plus point of staying in TVH is that a guest can also access Fort Aguada Hotel which is nearby and a hotel car is available for free pick up and drop . Fort Aguada has 3 restaurents along with 3 restaurants of TVH. Though we did not the like the food at Caravella in TVH but the Food at Fort Aguada was really good.The overall service was really good
The hotel is located at the beach which is a major plus point and the ’Sun deck’ is really beautiful ... Its a huge nice hotel to relax and pamper yourself ...
