I frequently travel and have experienced the 5 stars, but this one tops it! They just get it right, all and every time. Really.
Just one example:
In the hotel limo from the airport to the hotel, they have wifi which is great. After a long flight this is great. What is even better, they have a limo dinner menu. This allows you to see what is available for eating at the hotel. You can read the menu at your leisure and hen tell the driver what you would like to eat and by the time you get to the hotel, the food is already in the room. This is really great, I have never experienced this anywhere else.
Although then hotel would need an upgrade of the interiors, this hotel is the only one I go to in Bombay.I am impressed by this landmark luxury hotel in mumbai, it looks opulent both inside and outside.The story sounds more tantalising for me. An Idian wealthy man was rejected entering the hotel cos he is indian, while his western friends all enter. He was very angry and decided to build this first luxury hotel as the first indian to do so. I am very much touched by the story.Stayed March 2015, travelled with friends
