Please, block this company. They should be banned. Hosting provided by them got hacked on very next day. And they don’t even know "D"of designing or development. From past 5 months they gave me only frustrations and didn’t designed a single page properly. Then I asked for refund. Initially they agreed to give refund(for which I have screenshots of the tickets I raised on their portal) but now they are just cheating, not ready to give my money. They force you to transfer money through IMPS but while giving results they just make you fool. Very ridiculous people. Not only my money got wasted but they messed with my dreams, my plans. I also spent some money on marketing of my project, but due to these people it got completely wasted.
I posted above review on some other site and sent them a link. As they saw this, I got a call after 2 days and Mr. Aakash from escalation department spoke to me. He said that I will get my refunds withing 2 to 3 days with mail confirmation. But again it’s been over 20 days and they’re have taken U turn and doing same things. He used their billing department landline number. A lady sits at billing desk, I never asked her name but my true caller says its Sweta madam. She connected me with him. But now every time I call her, she refused to connect with Mr. Aakash again. I believe they have played a trick and now she is not connecting and giving the same answer that she will arrange a call or she’ll take a confirmation from her manager. When I say, connect me with the manager( I don’t know who is working there), she refuse to do that. From last 4 months she’s saying same thing. I don’t know why she is sitting at billing department, rather I feel she just acts like receptionist.
Initially, Mr Avneesh and Mr. Shubhankar spoke to me and convinced me for a business with them. They both convinced me to transfer half of the amount of project on same day. Now they don’t pick up the phones. When I call to landline number, Mr. Rakesh who acts like big boss and other people say that they have fired Avneesh and Shubhankar. How big cheaters are they? Because, some other person says they are out for lunch or meeting and some say they’re fired.
They can’t get rid of me so easily. After all they have cheated, they are fraud. We need to remove such bugs. It’s not about money. Its about business ethics, it’s about my dreams, plans they have messed up with. I have decided to make public awareness digitally and to file a police complaint against all of these people as well as against this company. So that they get a big lesson and will not do such things with anybody else.
