I had renewed TOI subscription for one year on October 2017. Till date they have not been able to send me the coupons. This shows the company is least interested in customer service and is more into looting the customer. I have been reaching out to them but all this while they have not yet been able to resolve the issue. They promise call back everytime but doesn’t call back ever since. Pathetic customer service.
