I am expressing my grudges here as I am really unhappy with The Tree House at Bandra west, 78, Noor Mahal Turner Road and Next To Cross Word Book Store.
The way the management works here is really pathetic. This centre is headed by a lady named Ruchika Kumar. I being a parent have met her many times for different issues but to no solution. Sometimes I question myself on the way Ruchika handles the Bandra centre. No professionalism at all. At the end of the day what a parent needs is satisfaction that his/her kids are being well treated and educated in an organized manner but after my experience at The Tree House located at Bandra (west), I would suggest no one parent to get their kids enrolled here. Kids are made to sit on the floor inside the classroom. There is no proper mannerism in teachers. Namely, two teachers like Asra and Masooma don’t even bother if your kid is crying in the class. My question here is ‘Why to act RUTHLESS?
Is this what you are paid for?? Children are beaten here if they don’t listen and I have been an eye witness to this. Imagine playgroup, nursery, junior & senior KG kids being beaten. I mean how someone can even think of doing this... No clue about other branches, but I would seriously not recommend anyone to go for the Bandra west branch of The Tree House because of these three people. Now the question here is, does the top management of The Tree House even cares about kids and their education or is it that they want to make no changes because they have a flaunting management like Ruchika Kumar and others. As a parent I am really upset and unhappy if this is the way my kid is being treated.
I am sharing my unhappiness on each and every grievance portal across the web and also mailing the same to the top management of The Tree House. Hope they bother about kids and their parents and take some necessary required action against this kind of staff. Simply Ridiculous. Never make your kids join if these kind of ruthless people are here to set an example for others.
