Forget india. Go to Indonesia

It bothers me to see so much attention to Indian Tsunami victims. They’re a bunch of idiots who dont deserve any sympathy. Heres why:

Soon after the Tsunami struck Nagapatnam folks

in my area got into action and collected about 2 tonnes of clothes, food and utensils. They packed them into two Tata 407 trucks and went to the areas affected. Guess what ???? The fools actually turned them back saying we dont need no food or clothes. Give us ’’Ponnam’’ which means give us money.

The poor fellers who went in the trucks had no choice but to dump the stuff on the roadside and come back.

On the way back they met other decent folks who had the same experience and had to leave the material on the roadside because they only wanted money.

And dont believe all the NGO’s or their representatives you meet. They’re not all that altruistic as you might imagine. Several of them are only after the govt. grants and other peoples money. Its only civillized beggary.

So my advise to you is to go to Indonesia or Srilanka yourself and help out with the cleaning up operation which could take years. They need all the help and more. They don’t need anything else since the international community has already given enough.

Food and water are never a problem in natural disasters. And neither is risk of disease. Any self respecting govt can handle these and worse situations. We should stop sympthising and crying over this.
