Fairy Tale ceremony

If you do not plan on getting married…ever, seeing ’’The Wedding Planner’’ just might change your mind. Watching the beautiful Jennifer Lopez envision, plan, and execute lavish weddings may set you thinking of a fairy tale marriage ceremony.

In ’’The Wedding Planner, ’’ Jennifer Lopez stars as Mary Fiore, wedding planner obsessive control freak, who gets every single detail just right, from the flower arrangements right down to feeding the best man his reception speech through an earpiece, as he delivers it. Mary is your stereotypical perfectionist-workaholic. She lives alone in a tasteful and tidy apartment, never dates and mostly just thinks about work, work, work – until she meets Steve and before you know it, Mary is seeing stars.

Some rather significant barriers are placed between Mary and Steve, including the fact that Mary is employed in the planning of Steve’s wedding – to another woman

’’The Wedding Planner’’ is light, romantic, cute, funny…and sprinkled with good-looking people; Jennifer Lopez, Matthew McConaughey and Bridgette Wilson-Sampras .The plot, is entertaining and touching. And surprisingly, the story is not all that predictable. There are a couple of surprising twists and turns that add a bit of spice to this otherwise sugary flick.

Jennifer Lopez is charming, funny, and beautiful. Matthew McConaughey is the ultimate suave, preppy groom…you just might feel like marrying him. And Bridgette Wilson-Sampras is pretty, perfect fiancé, Fran Donolly who has no clue that there’s a hidden passion between her groom and wedding planner.

Overall, ’’The Wedding Planner’’ is a good romantic comedy that would serve well on a first date.
