Wonder years is a comedy/sitcom/soap set in the late 60’s with a sway towards flower power and hippy style clothing
Kevin is in his teens, and his older brother is a bit of a slob/minor bully.
his sister is anti the world and tends to try and get out as much as she can.
this series takes Kevin through the trials and tribulations of Teen life inn 60’s USA, and you often end up with a tear in your eye, as kev stumbles his way through a patchy love life, and trials and tribulations of home life.
his father is a loveable HE MAn style father.
loves to barbecue, drink beer, and criticise his offspring.
his mother is very ’’now thats nice darling’’ and tends to keep a liberal womans place in the home, although can wear the trousers when it suits.
the music is fantastic, with all of the classics from the vietnam era being covered, and some that you have not heard for years
VERDICT.
A definit comedy with a serious note,
watchable, and then addictive.
