I am writing this review to alert and warn everyone about my terrible experience with TheArtBits, a company based out of Indore, India, claiming to create custom 3D statues.

This is a full TheArtBits Indore review based on my personal experience and meant to warn others:
1. TheArtBits Scam Operation:
After seeing their advertisements on Instagram, I placed an order with them and made the advance payment they demanded.
However, once the payment was made, they completely stopped responding to my calls and messages.
When they finally sent a draft after a long wait, it was a shabby, extremely poor-quality that was in no way related to the original image I had shared.
2. 3D Statue Fraud in Indore:
This seems to be a classic case of 3D statue fraud from Indore.
The quality was so bad that the draft was nothing like the original photo, poor craftsmanship, and absolutely no resemblance.
3. Fake Promises and No Refunds:
Despite clearly mentioning a refund policy on their website, TheArtBits refused to refund the payment even though they failed to deliver as promised.
Their customer service is non-existent once you make the payment. They don’t pick up calls, don’t reply to WhatsApp or emails, and ignore all communication.
4. TheArtBits Fake Company Behavior:
To continue scamming more people, they keep changing their Instagram pages and brand names.
They continue sourcing new orders under fresh-looking profiles, tricking unsuspecting customers across the country.
Important Caution:
Please be very cautious about any 3D statue company claiming to be from Indore.
Companies like TheArtBits can cause financial loss, emotional distress, and complete disappointment.
Summary of My TheArtBits Indore Experience:
Do not trust Instagram ads from unknown 3D statue makers.
Do not pay advance without verifying the company thoroughly.
Avoid TheArtBits completely if you value your money and peace of mind.
Report them if you have also been a victim.
