I have ordered a P Series- P770 (Deep Blue) phone via https://thedostore.com on 5th Oct 2013, I have paid the amount instantly via online payment method on the same day. I was checking the status of the order on a daily basis and found till 9th Oct it was in Processing state. On 9th Oct, I sent a query mail to the support@thedostore.com and received an automatic response mentioning a ticket ID and stating that one of their agents will get back to me shortly.
On 15th Oct I received a call from Lenovo, the person said that the Deep Blue unit is out of stock, and will be available at the end of Oct, they have Grey units at present and can dispatch the Phone if I wish to have the Grey unit instead of Deep Blue one. I said it will be ok with the Grey unit. After this conversation on 17th Oct in the evening I received a mail from the support team mentioning that my product has been shipped by Blue Dart and they have given a Tracking Number also, the status of the order changed to Complete on their site too.
Till posting this, whenever I am placing the Tracking Number on the Blue Dart web site, I am getting an error saying “No matching Waybill/Reference Number/Order Number”. I gave a call to the Blue Dart, and they have said that the product has been returned to the dispatching authority for some reason.
Today is October 22, 2013; they mentioned on their site that they deliver a product within 7-8 business days in metro cities, but I can clearly see 13 days have passed, and still I am in darkness.Now they have given the product to deliver another CHEATING COMPANY ARAMEX, tracking number is :4728180461, the product has been booked on 19th Oct 2013, and there is no movement of the product.
I shall lodge a complaint to the consumer court for this harassment and for the interest amount as well.
