I am using this Internet service provider from the past 6-7 months but with time it has irritated and frustrated me with their service. We are having their 4mbps unlimited plan at a price of 2280, although the price is cheap as compared to other player like airtel bsnl but their service has been degraded with time. Initially I was getting the promised speed but now it’s not even half of what they were actually giving.
Pros: cheap and good service in starting.
Cons: not available in all societies and their service breaks down regularly in between and you have to call their customer service many times to get it started again
