I have been using TTN for more than a year as there is no other service provider in my locality.I am using 10 mbps plan which is a dream for me with TTN .
If I will get 2mbps it will be huge achievement. Customer care is pathetic, you need to call several times to get your issues resolved. when your internet will go away, you can not predict.They do not give dedicated connection, it’s a shared connection due to which the speed is highly fluctuating unlike other service provider connections.
