I had planned a foreign holiday for my parents to east Europe.the booking process started in mid of march.all the documents were collected by thane branch of Thomas cook on 30th of march.the holiday was planned for 14th of may .we kept following for visas.but no update was given by them. Even b4 a week of departure there was no update on visa, passport .
Finally we received a call n were ask to fly from Mumbai to Delhi for an interview in 13may just a day before the departure. After going there we found out that the visas were applied by Thomas cook on 27th of April.exactly a month after the payments n collection of documents. That was not all . My parents had to miss their trip planned with their friends. We were assured that they wid reschedule their trip within 3-4 days.since then even after 15days Thomas cook hasnt arranged for an alternative trip for them. Inspire of writing mails to them. We havent received any reply . Not even a single call or mail .
Extremely unprofessional behavior. Zero customer care attitude. Neither have they called up to apologize nor to reschedule the trip .inspire of paying the whole amount I stand here like a fool begging to arrange my paid trip.extremely disgusting attitude they hold
