So me and my family applied for an Europe package and were shocked to see the way it was handled. It was extremely horrible. We got no help from their side and when we called they kept cutting our calls or ignoring it. At one point it got so bad that when we called they wouldn’t pick up but when we called from some other unknown no. they would immediately pick up. The experience was HORRIFYING. Especially the south Indian branch was terrible and would never respond in anyway possible. And the worst part is that our trip even got CANCELLED because of their mismanagement. And when we asked for a refund or a postponement of the trip, they told us that, that was not possible. It was a TOTAL WASTE OF OUR TIME AND OUR MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ANY TRIP THROUGH THOMAS COOK.
