As much as Thomas Cook raves about their product...Im sorry to say, they far from deliver..they are a disaster in every sense of the word...in fact, I pity the poor trainee tour manager who had to start working on her trainee tour because of a pathetic tour manager..
The senior of the 2 had to make her work and she was the saving grace of the tour along with her senior Ms. Shahida. We took a tour of Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia. Sorry to say that the airline we were flown from and to India was substandard.
The hotels were average and some below average, food was below average except in Singapore it was palatable. The local guide in Malaysia was beyond arrogant.
In fact, the only pleasant aspect of the tour was watching the tour manager and trainee work together to put in more than their best in everything they did.I do not understand as to who makes Thomas Cook "best tour operator".
Service wise from the office, we were lied to through their teeth. If Thomas Cook intends on staying in the travel market, theyd better pull up their socks in every aspect.
