I took Thomas Cook package on 6th Dec 2015 for Kerala. It was a horrible experience as their sales team didn’t send the tickets till 5th of December evening. My flight tickets and everything not sent till late night by sighting the reason that I have not made payments. Their sales and operation is’super pathetic’ means if you come across any poorest service in your life time then give ranking 1st to Thomas Cook India. Thomas Cook operations and sales team blackmailed me for paying extra payment just before a week starting the journey. I made couple of payments which they said as extra cost/GST, etc. However, these are extra’cuts’ to operations and sales team. They are real blackmailers and the poorest service provider in "India" for Travel and Tourism. Please don’t don’t don’t choose Thomas cook for India Travelling/Holidays.
Just to India Operations and Sales team are poor which made the service poor in India. Just be careful for Pre-sales(untill you get flight tickets, hoter voucher services).
Edited(11/5): I got the ticket finally on 5th December and when I landed Kerala, the hospitality is awesome, accomodation, guide, driver, vehichle was unmatched. The driver, guide personaly took off the luggage and bring it to the hotel and vice versa. Overall amazing experience.
PS: For Europe and other foreign country tours Thomas Cook is the Best.
