My husband and I booked for a fareast package with thomas cook for 13th May.Soon after they changed our travel date giving us a false reason.
Our visa and documents arrived few hours before travel .Our phone calls to get information were never followed up or reverted back.the travel package promised 4 star hotels, most hotels were 3star.onthe last day of our journey they very manipulatively took us to asub standard hotel whereas our entire group who had paid the same amount as us were taken to a4 star hotel just because someone had goofed up our bookings.
To top it all they suddenly knocked of our departure tickets for the next afternoon and made us travel early morning the next day.On returning when we complained at the Bombay headoffice they had no explanations to give.
My mails to service&quality are ignored and no one from their side has bothered to followup on our complaint.The most unprofessional travel operatorsI have come across.
