Swiss France magic

"Vacation"-

For some it’s a holiday, for others a journey to self exploration.

This was my first international trip with family-so it had its fair share of doubts especially when you are travelling with your 60+ parents.

We had opted for a 7 day Paris swiss itinerary that began in Paris and ended in Zurich

Thanks to our tour manager, Mr Abhishek Anand

The skeptics were soon substituted with faith

Everything he carried out was efficient, right from the beginning of the day with his power packed greeting to somehow keeping the group of 44 close to punctual, down to handling of unforeseen circumstances with dexterity.

( We ran out of gas on Switzerland highway and due to his vigilance and prompt thinking, another bus was arranged in no time)

The day’s itinerary was planned and executed deftly down to the tiniest detail of finding a restroom:P

And what is more rewarding than to be able to have delectable Indian meals surprisingly even pav bhaji n poori aalu.

Out of all the places mentioned in itinerary, the 18th century town of Colmar and the ethereal Interlaken leave a lasting impression on you. They should give us more time here, otherwise no complaints to the time allotted at other destinations

Special thanks to Mr Anand for arranging an evening in Paris excursion( this wasn’t included in the itinerary) which gave us the opportunity to catch the famous Eiffel blink.( After all, it is called the City of Lights, isn’t it?)

We look forward to etching more memories with Thomas cook in times to come
