My name is Sangeetha, I travelled to Europe along with my husband, Akshay on 23rd August, and I would like to share my feedback with you.
I’m very satisfied and happy with the tour.
The reasons are here!
First, the tour manager, Mr. Naresh Gadiya.
He was very well mannered, very patient with us, the information what he shared with us was very satisfying and it’s good that he has a vast experience which has got him all these.
Then, our coach captain Mr. Martin, he was a part of our tour group and we did not feel he is our coach captain. Friendly, joking, bundled with energy, drives responsibly, safely and an amazing fellow! The Bollywood songs he downloaded to keep us entertained was amazing.
Second, As promised, the dinner was very satisfying. Rooms were good, this is what a customer expects, good job there.
I would still like to extend my compliments for Mr. Naresh, adding few more words, with his vast experience he has made out my Europe trip a memorable and enjoyable one. Thank you Nareshji.
I would like to take a moment appreciate both Naresh and Martin for all the efforts that they have put in. Good job guys! And all the best for your future assignments!
Looking forward to travel with Thomas Cook again in future, and have Naresh& Martin along with us onboard!
