We took a Super Budget Europe trip which covered 5 countries . Our Tour Manager Deepak.K. organised and managed the tour effectively and efficiently . A well informed person, he shared important bits of information about the relevant places .
He displayed a great deal of patience in handling the varied motley group of tourists in our group, with his wit he was able to connect to one and all. Overall it was a good trip and we look forward to travelling with Thomas Cook again.
