They are the biggest cheats in the history of the world. Awful people and awful staff. There were two staff in the Bangalore office, one Teja and one Tanveer, and supposedly they are managers and what an awful pair. They have to cut down on their eating time and concentrate on their jobs. Most of time when you called them they are either on leave or they have gone to have lunch, dinner, tea, cofee or they have gone for training, they are in a meeting, ETc!
The list is endless, they will call back which they never do. They are the most inefficient and arrogant people I have ever met and I am all of 59 years, who headed a company, and having been such a shrewd person was duped into beleiving them-what a fool!. Please, I beg you to stay away from Thomas Cook. Don’t waste your money. Do a tour on your own.
