I bought a Thomson-21 QAV two years back from Authorised Dealer.At the time of purchase the dealer had made us promise that for any trouble he would made availbale technician for possible remedy.Since the product is excellent so for 10 month we had no problem but after that on one cold morning I got my televison set could not bo on.since the one year warrenty was there so I thought, better to get companys technician so in case of any manufacturing defect we could get it replaced for what thomson has good record.i made almost five call to dealer in single day and that process went on for almost ten day. after ten day one technician arrived and he get reparied my televison within two miniutes.when I asked him for so much delayed he explain since he is the only technician for this region and he has fixes shcedule and my region fall in that schedule, after each ten day.during those ten days I lose all very importatn cricket mathces of trianges series.Now my remote control start to malfunction some of its function.
I request to company that since your product is very excellent in all aspect, but please improve your after sales service. since I live in India and we are used to take it granted each problem. But if I happen to be a american, then I would have filed a case against a company.
