Don't buy this product..

I got Thomson 5-in-1 for free under a gift program for my company.

The product, or at least my piece, is not half as good as other reviews say.

Audio CD

To verify this, turn the Bass boost (DBBS) on and play any CD on full volume. The player skips a lot of CD portions and what you get is an Audio which is discontinuous.

MP3

Same problem.

Audio Cassette

Well, 80 watts don’t make much noise, and this being my first music system I wanted it to. A philips model with half the price has a much better sound quality than this 5-in-1 from Thomson.

FM

It’s cool

If you are a CD enthusiast, don’t go for this Jack of all trades. It is frustrating. If all you want to play is an audio cassette, then there are better systems on market.

yeah, their service sucks...I have taken the product to the centre and I have been asked to wait until thier engineers in chennai get to the root of problem.

Also, most of thge sets delivered to out company have same problem....that is speaking about 500 sets...Can anybody guess they have a Quality control or not...
