I booked a stay for a trip through Thrillophilia and made payment and got PNR Nos: CBZ65O, RONP80. I did not get any booking confirmation. I waited for 2 days and then tried calling on their support number. But, the call gets cut once I chose the option of "domestic experience". Finally, when I am able to reach out to the support team, the response is that I have booked an "inactive product" and thats the reason for not getting confirmation.
Why are "inactive products" listed on your site? How the hell do I know what products on your site are active/inactive? How did you accept the payment? Why did you send an email that I can expect a confirmation soon? Why cant I reach your support numbers easily? Why didnt you proactively call/email me and let me know that you have messed up?
The response is "dont worry, you will get the refund in 1 week"! Damn! What about the time I spent on your website in deciding which property to stay at? What about my travel plan now? There was neither an offer to find a similar property or offer some sort of compensation.
Such a waste of time trying to book from their site. Please avoid this operator.
