I had booked Europe tour from Thrillophilia. My experience with them is very very bad.
1. They do not run the tour on their own. They just take the booking and outsource the job to other cheap companies operating in Europe. So when you are in tour you will not get any help from Thrillophilia, as they do not operate the tour and has no control.
2. You will not get any person from Thrillophilia who can help/guide. They will give you a WhatsApp number only. If need to contact there only and the reply will come very very late. You will not get any help when you need that.
3. The guide provided during the tour was a novice. The guide was having no knowledge about the places. Two times we were ignored by him and he started the bus/coach without taking us. Later we had to take a taxi to meet him.
4. During the tour, they do not include the most important places, they will just show you those places from the outside, but there are so many things to see inside, the main attraction and details are in inside only. For eg. they will show you Museum from outside only!
5. Once the tour is completed, they will not provide you any transfer from hotel to airport.
6. Meaning Thrilliphilia will do nothing than taking your money and eat commission then outsource the entire tour to other cheap operator. So it’s better to contact directly those operator.
7. Never book any tour from Thrillophilia.
