Myself and my husband went to my sisters house in mumbai. When I went there I got ill. Doctor advised me to take thyroid test. So my husband search over internet and find out this thyrocare. As they were offering online reports and collection of sample from home.
After my husband request through online, none of the staff came to my home to take sample. After a long time a staff came. He don’t know how to behave with the patient. He is talking in phone all the time.
He took the sample and went. After 5 hours I got the report through mail.
I was shocked very much as the data present in the report is not mine. I forward it to my family doctor. He said that the report may be changed with someone else.
After this I called thyrocare but their response is very rude after the payment.
