The company culture is formed just on the principle of ageold zamindaree system - loot, loot and loot; always blaming the other party. They loot their franchisees(few of them complained about how they are fined for simple things, confused deliberately to loot - same way our Traffic police loot us); they inturn pass the buck to the customers.
Try calling their customer care and taste a "zamindaree whip" for yourself, not from the CEO, but their bottom staff. Visit their office in Mumbai, you will get similar whip from their security guard and then the receiptionist. They hire the illeterate guys, not getting any job - no english, no professionalism as their representatives - to loot and get business only on "cheap" strategies. If you get a professional english speaking franchisee - you got to be lucky. Give it a try.
