I m writing this review to inform all of the pathetic state of tikona wireless internet service here in ghaziabad. I have been a customer for years now and this current account I hold for months but its frustrating to see how terrible the service has become .
I have made thousands complaints in the past three months for frquent disconnections and internet outage . I pay 900 a month for unlimited internet and I get less then half the speed and with frequent disconnections . sometimes internet is out for weeks and days.
Even now its been out for two days . the service offered is pathetic and yet the customer support is so stupid they just talk and increase frustration . The refund system in case technical failure is stupid or there is not one in place .
My internet was not working for weeks but everyday it worked for several minutes so they said I don’t qualify for refund because I logged in those days , this is like extortion . here in my locality they have a good customer base but just because no other option is there. Just as a new conpany offers service nobody will use tikona . This is my last resort writing here I already emailed and talked to customer support. I wanna make sure more and more people know how tikona is abusing customers .
