I had used tikona for few month in 2014-15. Pathetic connection and customer service.
I applied for disconnection after disgusting service .
I paid the full and final settlement amount 1500 in May 2015 assuming that its disconnected now. But they kept my account in due mode.
Customer care do not have any proper reply on the concern.I got call again last week with threat message of filing case in Delhi court and asking to pay 1500 to settle things.
They don’t provide a closer of your connection and keep it open for 2 years even after disconnection.My connection is still not closed fully despite paiying F&F settlement amount. I received another mail today saying they have now terminated service . This is Tikona for you which can terminate a single account as many time they want and same time they ask you to pay for there modem
In two year twice I got mail of termination of service but not closer of it. No dues is still on so that they can call you on next year to pay 1500 again with legal threat. Don’t buy Tikona ever.
