I applied of TIKONA broadband connection. The whole installation process took 2-3 days (the only +ive point). The internet connection hardly work for 3-4 days and some technical issue came and it took around 4-5 days for them to resolve that issue. Again with in a week some problem came and most of my time is just wasted in calling customer care of Tikona which is very frustrating. After 2 weeks I got a call from their technician that they cant provide broadband connection at my place.
Regarding Refund : I paid around 2500 rs which includes 750 installation charges. I hardly use internet for week , Those guys mentioned the I ll get only 450 rs refund when I ask for the details of how this much amount deducted. As the problem was from their side installation amount should be returned completely.
I have been for the reply but didnt got any update. I also tried calling customer care, every time they have only one excuse BILLING team will have information abt refund and BILLING team will get back to you which ll never happen, ,
