I got this connection 2 months ago nd the speed that I was getting was 512 kbps I had taken the plan for 2 mbps nd this is the wrost isp ever every 2 days the connection used to disconnect nd when I used to call tikona customer care they use to say it will be resolved in 24 hours nd the problem was still there
Guys trust me tikona has very poor customer service nd also net is very slow think
