Unbelievably bad service which is very difficult to explain.
Step 1:- You request connection from them.
Step 2:- They will install it and charge you 2000 /- Rs
Step 3:- You took 10 mbps plan but you will be getting less than 1 mbps. The reason they give is in our area they are installing 10 mbps and it will take 2 weeks to solve it.
Step 4:- You will wait for months and months. Most of time you will get around 400 KB speed.
Step 5:- You will notice that you have send more then 100 emails, 100 calls, got 300 emails and 500 calls from them. But the connection speed is still same.
Step 6:- More then connection speed the issue is with internet stability. Even for 30 mins its not stable and with it that all your download manager will fail. It takes minimum 15- 20 mins to reconnect it. Some time 4 hrs.
Step 7:- Because of less response from technical team and all these issue if you think you will make payment late then there is a late payment charges waiting for you.
Step 8:- If still you dont do the payment. The there is a billing team in Tikona waiting for you. They will threaten you, disturb you. Use all the harsh language and irritate you so you pay the bill.
Step 9:- Atlast you decide let your 2000 Rs go to water and you need some peace of mind so go for disconnection.
Step 10: Now the disconnection process is even horrible. I have requested it for 3 months back and still I have that device in my house. Dont know how to get ride of it.
